A little bit about Dr. Sprout…
Dr. Christopher Sprout grew up in Southeast Colorado and studied at the University of Denver before earning his dental degree at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. He went on to complete a fellowship in implant dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia, where he trained in the surgical and prosthetic sides of implant care.
Christopher Sprout has practiced general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry throughout Colorado, and previously owned and operated The Genesee Dental Group in Golden. His clinical focus includes cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orofacial pain, and the treatment of sleep and temporomandibular disorders. Dr. Sprout has completed thousands of hours of hands-on and classroom continuing education, and he is committed to staying trained and skilled in the latest and best dentistry available.
Dr. Sprout holds Fellow status in the Academy of General Dentistry, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and the International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics, and he is a founding member of the Colorado Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has held leadership roles in the Colorado Academy of General Dentistry, including president and vice president. His memberships also include the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Denver Implant Study Club.
Outside the office, Dr. Sprout spends much of his time outdoors. He enjoys fly fishing, golf, skiing, along with time in the mountains with family, friends, and his two Flat-Coated Retrievers. Service has long been part of his work: Christopher Sprout has contributed hundreds of hours to programs including MDDS Smile Again and AACD Give Back a Smile, which support survivors of domestic violence and people in recovery, and he has volunteered with the Denver Rescue Mission and the Mt. St. Vincent Home for children.
